The pandemic has revealed how much important it is to be fit. This is why health clubs need to rethink how to keep people healthy and stress-free. So, team tecnOTKARSH, the official sports club of Techno Main Saltlake, drummed up a brilliant way to keep us motivated and engaged. The E-sports program was organised to keep people inspired and motivated so that they can make healthier choices and enjoy an active lifestyle. On the very first day of the event, more than 15 guest speakers showered their insights along with the stimulus to move ahead with confidence and compassion.

"Being Fit is not a destination, it is a way of life." FIT India Freedom Run, launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi was the nationwide movement whose mission was to bring about behavioural and physical changes and to encourage people to remain healthy and fit especially when the nation was fighting against COVID-19 in isolation. It aimed to provide a unique oppourtunity towards making India healthier by including physical activites in their confined lives. The campaign occurred in a sequence of events, starting from online registration.

Techno Main Saltlake has always encouraged students to inculcate values like unity, harmony, and brotherhood among fellow mates through various events and sports is one of them. The college organizes an intra college cricket league which is known as the Techno premier League. The students who are currently in the first and second year of their academic program can participate and play against other teams. The selection procedure begins Two months before the competition and if one is found to play exceptionally well in their initial two years then they are selected for the Techno India Cricket League.
